Every finisher receives a finishers medal
Start and Finish Line will all be located at Frankston Foreshore (near pier). Warm up and Race briefing will commence 15mins prior to starting time for each event near the start line
Online entries will close Friday 17 November 2023 at 6pm
Limited late entries will be available during the following times from the race venue:
Saturday 16 November 2024 12pm-5pm
Sunday 17 November 2024 (45 mins before each race start time)
The course is held on the picturesque Frankston Foreshore from Frankston Pier along the Nepean Hwy to Eels Race Rd Carrum and back.
No dogs, bikes, scooters or rollerblades are allowed on course for safety reasons.
Cut off time - No Cut off time for each distance unless you take longer than 3 hours. .
Each competitor will be given a timing device built within their race bib which will record their time on the day.
Bibs/race numbers will be required to be picked up between the following times:
Saturday 16 November 2024 12pm-5pm
Sunday 17 November 2024 (45 mins before each race start time)
Location - Start Finish line grass in front of Frankston Pier
Competitors can also collect friends/family race bib. Please ensure you know the name, age category and race distance of the participant you are picking up for.
If you wanting your Bib mailed out to you then you must select - Bib Posted To Me - on the Registration form and pay the extra $10 fee. Please note all bibs are mailed out as bulk process approx 2 weeks before event date and this is also the cut off date to have your bibs posted. If you haven't received your bib prior to event please go to the registration tent on race weekend to receive a replacements bib.
Merchandise purchased during registration process does not get mailed out and must be collected on race weekend from Registration Tent
1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishes, male and female, in each category will receive a trophy/medal.
5km - U15; U18; 18-34; 35-59; 60+, 70+, 80+
10km - U15; U18; 18-34; 35-59; 60+, 70+, 80+
15km - U15; U18; 18-34; 35-59; 60+, 70+, 80+
Kids Race - No Awards. Each child will receive a medal and spot prizes available
Bike parking will be available at the event site. It’s a great way to warm up! Please bring your own lock.
Public toilet blocks and portable toilets will be located at the event site and along the course. There are also public toilet blocks on the course, which will be sign posted. FIRST AID St John First Aid will be located at the finish line, and on the course. If you require first aid assistance on the course, please notify a drink station attendant, course marshal or a course bike rider who will be able to radio for help. St John bike crews will also be roaming the course.
A Clothing bag drop area will be located in the event site for storage of your clothing during the run/ walk. Please do not place any valuables in the clothing bags, as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
Water and Sports Drink (32GI) will be on course approximately every 2.5km and at the finish line. Refreshments will also be supplied at the finish line for all competitors.
Event People reserves the right to alter the course, start time and/or race format without notice because of circumstances outside the control of the organiser and under the direction of sponsors, councils, police or other organisations that are associated with the event.
Each competitor will be given a disposable timing device built within their race bib which will record their time on the day. Ensure you cross finish line timing mats to record your race time. Results will be posted here.
Please notify us of any distance changes you wish to make prior to participating. Failure to notify us of changes will lead to delays in the results and on-day presentations. Read more on changing or withdrawing from events.
The time frames noted are determined from the day of the Event in question.
Request for an Event Refund can be provided, as per the following:
Up to 8 weeks prior to the event, 75% of the entry fee will be refundable
between 4 weeks and 8 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the entry fee will be refundable
Between 1 and 4 weeks prior to the event, 25% of the entry fee will be refundable
between 0 and 7 days prior to the event, no entry fee is refundable.
NO REFUNDS will be available after the last time period under ANY circumstance
In the situation where an event is postponed and your entry is moved to the new date, the refund window for your entry will remain as it was at the announcement of the event date change.
Request for an Event Transfer can be provided, as per the following
Can take place up until 7 days before the date of the Event
Transfer is within the current season ONLY (Seasons run from year end July – June following year)
Can be transferred to an event of greater or lesser value, which will require a payment to pay the outstanding balance between the two, if greater value. If you transfer to an event of lesser value, no refund or credit of the difference in price between the two is given.
A transfer will cost a $10 administration fee.
BUT cannot take place into an Event that has already reached capacity
Please note that a transferred entry cannot be refunded in any manner after the original event has passed. It however can be transferred again once, within that season ONLY.
If you wish to transfer to a shorter distance event at the same festival, no refund or credit of the difference in price between the two distances will be given.
There is NO TRANSFER between athletes,

Location : The Briars, Mornington Peninsula
We are combining a Running Festival 🤾🏼♀️ + Live Music 🎶🎤 + Food Trucks 🍕🥞🍦 & a Beach Bar 🍻🍹🥤 for what will be a blast for all!
The Party Mile is Australia’s first Running Music Festival with an ultimate blend of a Music Festival and a Fun Run. Experience a music filled course with Live DJs and cross the finish line into the inner circle with an Epic Main Stage, fully stocked bars, Food Truck and more. The after party will feature Top Headliners - Musicians/DJs.
This unique running experience is coming to Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne this year, bringing the FUN in fun runs. Each location will have live DJ sets along the route, the inner circle will include a food truck festival, bars, headline musicians, kids activities and much much more.
Round up your family, mates, club members, office staff, next door neighbours etc and have a great time at this exciting new running music festival with a running distance that will suit all ages and fitness levels, challenge all from the elite to first time runners/walkers.

Spectator Pass - Only patrons with either Mile Pass or Spectator pass will be allowed entry into inner circle which includes access to concert area
5km Event - Out and back event within the boundary of the Briars grounds
Mile Timed Event - 4 Lap x 400m circuit trying to finish as quick as you can
Mile Fun Event - We will be adding some activations around the 400m course including 1. Foam Station 2. Colour Station. 3. Disco Dance Floor 4. Karaoke Station 5. Obstacle Station. Take your time and go around as little or as much as you want to
